Harris Bock has over 13 years of experience in the US equity and index options marketplace. He started in a support role and quickly ascended to market maker, trading on the Pacific Stock Exchange and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. In 2002, Harris left the floor to start Group One’s electronic trading operation on the International Securities Exchange, and helped to usher in a new era of electronic market making for the firm. In 2006 Harris was tasked to start up a Sales Trading Operation for Group One, which he quickly turned from a startup operation trading 55,000 contracts in its first month to trading over 500,000 per month in a years’ time, building relationships between all the major banks and the rest of the brokerage community.
